Toddlers, Loveable Puppies
Toddlers, Loveable Puppies
September 23, 2009 (16 Months)
Today watching my son play in the tennis courts reminded me that toddlers truly are like lovable puppies. I wish I could have had my video camera with me. Words can not describe the pure pleasure of watching him run around enjoying life. The best way to describe it is to compare a toddler to one of the other most lovable animals, puppies. No wonder so many people fall in love with babies and puppies.
They love you unconditionally.
They greet you as if you are the most important person on the earth.
They chase after dandelion seeds.
They like to sit on your lap.
They know words like eat, sit, stop, come to Mommy, bathroom.
They love you unconditionally.
They bark when they see other dogs.
The get excited when they see friends and family members they know.
They like to dig in the dirt.
They want to eat what you’re eating.
They love you unconditionally.
They are happy when you tell them they are a good boy.
They like to play in puddles.
They want to help you.
They will fetch a tennis ball and bring it back to you with a smile on their face.
They love you unconditionally.
They don’t have an predispositions.
They love to meet new people.
They take naps.
They like to be outdoors.
They love you unconditionally.
They know how to cheer you up.
They like to get treats.
They examine things with their mouths.
They are good listeners.
They love you unconditionally.
