General Return Policy
This return policy applies to the MOMMBY products such as the Peek-a-Bye-Baby™ products and the MOMMBY Storage bags purchased through the MOMMBY Store not other products purchased through the MOMMBY Amazon Store. (Please refer to Amazon for return policies for Amazon products.) If you are not 100% satisfied with the MOMMBY™ products purchased through the MOMMMBY Store they can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed, and in resalable condition. Item will be inspected upon receipt and if it does not meet our return qualifications it will be sent back at the customer's cost. The refund will not include shipping charges previously paid or shipping paid to send the product back to us.

If you purchased your MOMMBY™ products from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. (To Top)
How to Return Item(s)
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@MOMMBY.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Please write "Return Request" as the subject in the email and in the "Message" field, please indicate
- Your Name and Contact Information
- Date of Purchase
- Item(s) you'd like to return
- If you'd like to return for a refund or an exchange
- To better help us serve you in the future, please give a reason for your return.
You will be contacted with a RMA number and instructions on how to complete the return. Please include the following information with your item(s)
- Your Return Authorization number on the outside and inside packaging
- Your Name and Contact Information
- If applicable, any promotional items you may have received with the purchase of the product being returned. (If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item's value from your refund.)
- For Exchange:
- Shipping Information
- A check to cover shipping the new item to you + any price difference made out to MOMMBY LLC. Shipping charge in the United States is usually around $5. A Customer Service Representative will inform you of the appropriate amount to include.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable method from a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. MOMMBY LLC is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return/exchange qualifications will be set back at the customer's cost.
Once the original item(s) are received at MOMMBY LLC, if applicable you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund via credit card or PayPal. If you requested a replacement, MOMMBY LLC will ship your replacement back out to you.
